Set up my brand portal

There are several customization elements that you can modify independently, other you will need to contact your Customer Success.

Access the customization parameters

Click on "Administration" then "Settings"

Attention, the "Type of establishment" and the "CSS file for the portal" file for the portal should not be used! These are internal functions of Placeloop.

FIELD	DESCRIPTION
Brand name	Name in the main menu
Description
Logo	On its login page, the mobile version of the marketing portal and communications should be 650x650px (square).
Banner	On the main page of the marketing portal, use 650x250px.
Portal Domain Name	URL of the login page, do not modify before confirming to our support team that the URL is pointing to our server and that we have received and installed your SSL certificate.
Portal name	Displayed below the cover of your Marketing Portal

These customization elements should reflect the brand promise.

Modification of your Portal structure

The portal displays several “Resources” that can redirect either:

to filtered views of content made available in your portal, configured with Content Types (Photos, Videos, Documents, Facebook posts, Instagram posts, Google posts) and/or Categories associated with the content,
OR to external URLs (e.g., your website, your social media accounts, or other digital platforms).

It is also possible to integrate SSO connections, allowing your establishments to log in to other platforms without having to enter their credentials.

The configuration of Resource blocks is not available in self-service. Any modification requires a brief from you to your Customer Success Manager, who will prepare a quote accordingly and schedule the deployment with our technical team.
