The best-of newsletter is a must-have to complete your other communication channels with your establishments to engage them to generate more value and stay top of mind.
Main parameters
Target
The newsletter can be sent to the establishments in your Store Manager that have an eligible (“managed”) access to your Marketing Portal, or restricted to establishments with an activated access to your Marketing Portal.
We recommend sending the newsletter to all managed locations to support the activation of your locations. Locations that have not yet activated their access will receive a version of the newsletter with a personalized activation link included.
The newsletter is sent to the email addresses of the user accounts that have access to the location accounts. These email addresses may differ from the ones provided in your Store Manager.
Frequency
The newsletter can be sent once a week or once a month.
We recommend sending the newsletter on a weekly basis to support activity on the platform and to ensure at least a monthly level of engagement from your establishments.

Here is an example of a chart representing the number of active establishments daily over a one-month period, for an account with a weekly newsletter sent on Tuesdays.
The newsletter triggers a peak of activity that gradually drops naturally over the following days.

The contents presented in the newsletter are exclusively of type
- Photos
- Videos
- Documents
- Facebook post
- Instagram post
Prerequisites for a newsletter to be sent
For the newsletter to be triggered every week, your marketing portal must offer at least
- 4 downloadable contents
- 4 Facebook shareable contents
- 4 Instagram shareable contents
Warning:
- the contents and activities taken into account by the algorithm include everything prior to the previous Sunday at 23:59
- a content assigned to an 'establishment list' is not visible to those who are not in that list
- an 'expired' content will not be taken into account
- contents must have a clear and short title to be understandable
- video type contents (Facebook / Instagram reels, Facebook / Instagram stories, vidéos) must have a cover image to be illustrated wihtin the newsletter
Set up or modify my newsletter
If you wish to set up a newsletter for the establishments listed in your Store Manager, you must contact your Customer Success.
You will provide the information that will allow the set up:
- The target (all establishments or activated only)
- The frequency (weekly or monthly)
- The day of the week when the email will be sent weekly
- Sending time
- Start date of the first newsletter
This email will be sent automatically. No manual action is required from Client.
