Do you want to offer your establishments the opportunity to reach out to their customer base via email using your communications?



Remember to adhere to the publication schedule set by your editorial plan. This is important as it can impact the relevance of the highlighted content in the email digest. If you prefer to publish content once a month on the portal, make sure to set a future publication date so that the content is made available at the right time.




Operating principle


Brand / establishment mechanics


Each establishment can import its customer email contact database.


A B2B2C email is a ready-to-use email provided to establishments by the brand.


For each send, you choose

  • How many times an establishment can send each email kit
  • How many credits it offers per send (1 credit = 1 contact), either none or a defined volume

If the volume of contacts in the establishment's mailing list exceeds the volume of credits offered by the brand, then the establishment pays the difference.


Establishment experience


The email kit presenting the offer you want to promote through your network will be available in the 'Email Campaign' section. Establishments can then choose the email kit and configure the send to their customer contact database.

Choosing an email template


On your side, to make an email kit available, you can use our pre-designed email templates. A template is a composition of predefined blocks (image, text, button,...).


If you want a custom template, you can request it at [email protected]. The support team will assist you once the template is ready.


3 steps to upload your email kit

  1. Choose a template

  2. Integrate the content

  3. Configure the email kit (settings, restrictions, validity period, etc.)


Send the integration request to the support team


Procedure

  • Specify which template you want to use,

  • Fill in the Excel with the content to personalize and the parameters to apply,

  • The support team will confirm as soon as the email is online (D+2 from the receipt of all the elements in good order).


Note: If you are unsure about the templates and/or if you don't have the Excel document available, simply request it from the support team.
