Follow these steps to engage your establishments in using your content portal.
#1 Define your Brand promise
What objectives do you wish to achieve?
The promise should be concrete, honest, inspiring, and at the heart of your marketing strategy. It should encourage your network to regularly connect to your Brand portal.
#2 Define content themes
Your brand portal should support the communication of your establishments to increase their visibility and attract (new) customers.
Identify their daily needs: images and videos for their digital shop front, product sheets, tutorials, sales pitches, price lists, social network publications ready to share, competitions, etc
Based on your annual marketing plan, identify:
- Your key marketing moments: launches, events, etc.
- Relevant seasonal and annual commercial peaks: Christmas, Mother's Day, sales, holidays, back-to-school, etc.
#3 Plan content production and publication
Find the right balance by considering:
- Your resources: your ability to produce, plan, communicate
- Frequency: publish at the frequency you would like your establishments to share your brand's content. Keep in mind that it's possible to upload content to the platform but set a later availability date for your establishments.
- Anticipate making content available for your key moments that are limited in time: some of your establishments might not log in every week!
- Audience: content intended for your establishments and content intended for consumers but to be shared by your establishments
- Diversity: channels, formats, and messages… However, be careful not to prioritize quantity over the quality of your content! Remember that the expected quality impacts the perceived satisfaction and fosters loyalty within your network.
- Animation during off-peak periods
The content to be shared (turnkey posts), for use by your establishments but intended for consumers, should meet the needs of your network while considering best practices for social media and local marketing:
- Highlight professions, teams, and/or news
- Promote the collaboration between the Brand and the establishment, create customer loyalty with promotional offers
- Meet the expectations of the target audience, who primarily connect to relax and get information
#4 Define your communication
To stimulate your establishments and drive traffic to your brand content portal, several levers should be activated:
- The weekly best-of brand newsletter sent by Placeloop
- Brand communications mobilizing your marketing/CRM teams
- Mentions and redirections in your commercial documents and communications
Where to start?
To successfully launch the platform for your establishment, it is recommended to produce:
- 12 photos, videos, and documents
- 12 Facebook posts
- 12 Instagram posts
