#01 Configure manual or automatic field updates
Notify your Customer Success Manager of the fields you wish to synchronize automatically.

#02 An establishment updates its information
An establishment updates its information within Placeloop:
- At the subscription within a guided funnel, possibly powered with Google information
- Possibly after connecting its Google Business profile to import other information
- At any time if the establishment need updated information to customize automatically your Brand publications
- At any time if the establishment need to spread updated information online (Google, Facebook, Waze, Foursquare etc) with the Web Presence licence
- Upon request, with different format that can be setup (popup within the platform, email, etc)
Then, they are invited to share their updated information with their partner brands.
#03 Process pending updates
You are invited to manually validate the changes (which you can adjust if needed).
#04 Export the data to your ecosystem (CRM and other databases)
Your Store Manager data is available
- in self-service with a .CSV data export
- through API, upon request to your Customer Success Manager
You can use two data fields to filter before importing
- lastUpdateSentByMerchant : timestamp of the broadcast of your establishment's information to your brand.
- lastUpdateInStoreManager : timestamp of the synchronization made within your store manager
