Presentation of the Store Manager

Modified on Wed, 14 Aug at 3:48 PM

The Store Manager is the Placeloop platform's database that powers all other modules (Marketing Portal, Store Locator and Local Pages, Ads, etc.). This article presents its main features.

Data of the Store Manager

#01 - Identification of establishments

You import the list of establishments as it exists in your BI or CRM system.

Each establishment is identified with the same UNIQUE identification key as in your CRM.

  1. Placeloop identifies an establishment with the same key as you, which is convenient.
  2. Placeloop identifies an establishment with the same key as you, which is convenient. It simplifies the identification of the establishment itself during certain interactions (e.g., registration, support call, etc.)

#02 - Status

For each establishment, we display its status

  • Invite - to be invited
  • Invited - has been invited
  • Activated - has accepted the invitation
  • Declined - has declined the invitation

#03 - Automatic geolocation

Based on the address you have provided, our system tests and recognizes the geolocation of each establishment. You will be alerted in case of inaccurate or incorrect geolocation.

You can quickly identify and correct address, latitude, and longitude data with just a few clicks.

#04 - Qualification of establishments

It is possible to qualify several dozen fields of structured data.

#05 - Update by the establishments themselves

Once registered on the platform, establishments are invited to update their information: Name, Address, Phone, etc.

This information is sent back to your store manager, which you can choose to update automatically or manually.

#06 - Association with Facebook, Instagram, and Google

Each establishment has the possibility to associate Placeloop with

  • Facebook and Instagram - (included module in the base license)
  • Google Business Profile - (premium module)

You can see the number of pages and accounts associated with Placeloop in real time.

#07 - Qualification of contact email addresses

The email address that you will use to send the invitation to each establishment.

Data quality impacts success

#01 - Multi-local advertising

Establishments do not need to be registered for you to activate media buying for them as part of a multi-local advertising campaign. However, the data of the establishments must be accurate and complete for it to work.*

#02 - Invitation

Having a high-quality email address (valid and responsive) will allow you to achieve a higher registration rate from the first wave of invitations through the Placeloop platform. You will save time on follow-ups through your own CRM and/or field personnel.

#03 - Registration

During the first step of registration, we ask the establishment if it is indeed them, if they recognize themselves as the owner of the establishment based on the information you have provided about them. The acceptance rate is significantly higher when the data is correct.
