It is possible to import a .csv file containing a list of references and define whether it is an operation of

• adding new references
• modifying existing references
• deleting references

Steps and processing duration

1. Prepare a .csv file that complies with the prerequisites below
2. Share the .csv file via SharePoint, GDrive, Dropbox, or a password-protected email with support@placeloop.com
3. D-2 before the date you wish to have the operation done, write to the support team with compulsory elements
   • Indicate the kind of operation expected: addition, modification or removal
   • Share the information to access your files 
   • Confirm that the references in the file are equivalent to those in your CRM and the non-significant zeros in the client references are intentionally absent/present in the file

Compulsory specifications of your files

• Fields : reference, name, street, postal_code, city, country
• A .csv file format
• A header row
• no empty columns, no spaces within the name fo the columns (reference, name, streetAddress, postalCode, locality, country)
• Reference code must have the exact same number of characters as in your ecosystem. For example, the reference 0123 must not become the reference 123 after being handled through excel
• If postal codes are provided, they must all have the same number of digits. For example, the postal code 06100 must not become 6100 after being handled through excel
• If phone number are provided, it must be 
  • in international format without the '+' sign
  • without spaces, dots, or other separators between the digits

• A new reference will be ignored
• An existing reference will be modified
• An archived reference will be ignored

• minimum 2 mandatory columns: reference and the data field to be modified
