Modified on Thu, 20 Jul, 2023 at 11:52 PM

For your platform to be used, it needs to be useful, and content is the key. A well-planned action strategy to engage your B2B network is also necessary.

Monitor the evolution of the monthly active rate

Display the curve using the 'Statistics' interface

1. From the Statistics interface, select a 6 or 12-month period and set the monthly frequency.

2. Configure the curve to show a relative value (number of active establishments / activated).

Key success factors

#01 - Rapid adoption and stabilization

The factors that contributed to the success of this launch
- Event-driven launch, well-informed field staff, and coordinated action with marketing
- Regular and varied content publication on a weekly basis
- Incentive mechanisms to encourage participation
- Multi-channel B2B marketing actions (announcements, challenges) through email, remarketing, etc.

#02 - Declining retention rate

The factors contributing to the decline
- Low publication frequency resulting in a poor email digest
- Lack of incentive mechanisms (challenges, exclusivity, etc.)
- Absence of ongoing B2B marketing actions

Actions to take early in the deployment phase

Survey the establishments

Starting with the most active ones, to understand what they like

Identify the active ones and each month identify the champions or churn risks

#01. Every month, export the active establishments from the previous month

#02. Follow best practices to open the .csv file

#03. Keep only the necessary columns: reference + archived + has_portal_access + portal views + downloads + shares"

#04. Keep only the rows where "archived = no" AND "has_portal_access = yes" and delete the other columns

#05. Add a column "active" with the sum of (portal views + downloads + shares)

#06. Add a column "month" with the name of the previous month"

#07. Starting from the second month, create and update a pivot table

#08. In the table, highlight the month-to-month variations (% compared to the previous month)

#09. Now, using conditional formatting or other techniques, identify the references above or below a certain indicator that you define.

#10. It's time to decide what action needs to be taken (incentives, surveys) and through which channel (email, phone, field staff, etc.)
