Invite your establishments in just a few clicks from the platform and benefit from our invitation tracking system.
It is important to keep in mind
- That the registration process is facilitated by importing quality data into the store manager.
A user can be invited:
- From the store manager on Placeloop
- From a personalized email via an external email router
- By a field person, for example, the sales force
Operating principle
When you invite a reference for the first time, the email contact you provided receives
- 1 email immediately
- 5 reminders (D+1, D+3, D+7, D+14, and D+21)
If the invitation was not accepted, it is possible to send a reminder, you will need to provide a new email.
- 1 email immediately
- 0 reminder
It will then be possible to track the status of the invitations.
Send invitations
Single establishment
- From the store manager
- Identify a reference and click on the status Invite
- A window will open, click on Send
Multiple establishments at once (up to 100)
- Search/display all non-invited establishments
- Or search/display only specific references (e.g., a selection from your store manager export)
- Select/check all references or only the ones you are interested in
- Simply click on Send invitations
Tip Do you or your field team want to be notified every time an establishment activates their access to Placeloop? You can set up notifications for up to 4 users per establishment. Just reach out to support to make the request if needed. |
