It is important to keep in mind 

• That the registration process is facilitated by importing quality data into the store manager.

A user can be invited:

• From the store manager on Placeloop
• From a personalized email via an external email router
• By a field person, for example, the sales force

Operating principle

When you invite a reference for the first time, the email contact you provided receives

• 1 email immediately
• 5 reminders (D+1, D+3, D+7, D+14, and D+21)

If the invitation was not accepted, it is possible to send a reminder, you will need to provide a new email.

• 1 email immediately
• 0 reminder

It will then be possible to track the status of the invitations.

Send invitations

Single establishment

• From the store manager
• Identify a reference and click on the status Invite
• A window will open, click on Send

Multiple establishments at once (up to 100)

• Search/display all non-invited establishments
• Or search/display only specific references (e.g., a selection from your store manager export)
• Select/check all references or only the ones you are interested in 
• Simply click on Send invitations
