A scenario is a series of content pieces scheduled to be published one by one on fixed dates through one or more channels of the establishment. On the other hand, scheduling can be done in just a few clicks.
How it works ?
The scenario is an option within the marketing campaign.
The establishment then accesses the marketing campaign page, where they find the available scenario(s).
Each scenario is a sequence of pre-scheduled posts at fixed dates and times, using the content available within the marketing campaign.
The establishment chooses to schedule the scenario they are interested in with just a few clicks.
Implementation
Prerequisites
A marketing campaign needs to be scheduled. We will add one or more scenarios to it.
Required information
For each scenario to be added to the marketing campaign:
- A title of about 60 characters, compatible with emojis.
- A description of about 100 words, compatible with emojis.
- From the available content in the marketing campaign, the ones that should be part of the scenario.
- For each content item included in the scenario, the date and time at which it should be published.
