It is possible to make manual modifications or individually add or remove an establishment.
Add
From the Store Manager > Manage your establishments > Add an establishment
Provide the mandatory information
- Reference - Exactly the one from your CRM (ATTENTION: sensitive to leading non-significant zeros)
- Name - We expect the brand name and not the legal name (IMPORTANT: this increases the invitation acceptance rate)
- Address - Check and correct the geolocation (IMPORTANT: this increases the invitation acceptance rate)
Tip If your information system includes leading non-significant zeros in the client reference, it is IMPERATIVE that they are also preserved in Placeloop so that the references in Placeloop are EXACTLY the same as in your system. They are often lost when opening the .csv file with Excel, which removes them by converting the reference field into a numeric value. We recommend the correct method to follow for opening a .csv file to avoid any issues |

Qualify
From the Store Manager > In the list of establishments > Click on Manage for the specific establishment
From the establishment's editing window, you have access to all the available fields in the database.
Delete
From the Store Manager > In the list of establishments > Click on Manage for the specific establishment
It is important to know what you want to do
- Revoke access to the content portal > they can still log in but no longer have access to your content
- Delete the establishment > they can no longer log in (we archive this reference and its data)
