The functionality allows your establishments, in just 2 clicks, to react to content on your brand's portal and share their opinions: like, love, dislike. This way, you:
- Increase the number of feedback received and can better produce content or decide which content to share and highlight on your portal.
- Enhance the experience for your establishments by eliminating potential intermediaries (salesforce, contact forms).
- Improve your relationship with your establishments by creating an additional link with Marketing.
Your establishments can then leave a comment to specify the details of their feedback.
The reactions of an establishment are visible only to that specific establishment and to your brand within your interface.

Analyse opinions
Let's get started! To review and address these feedback, find the reactions and comments in the "Content Reviews" section of your Marketing Portal.
Two options possible :
- Sort the content by reaction type and open the dropdown section to view comments.
- Export the results in CSV format and sort the feedback by reaction type or date.
