This article explains the main configurations of content and specifications by type of content

Important configurations

For all type of content

Content (compulsory): images, videos, documents

Technical specifications

Cover: it illustrates the content and enable to capture the user's attention in the weekly best-of newsletter or in your marketing portal.
Title (compulsory): must be very clear so your establishment can understand rapidly the content ; up to 60 characters
Category (compulsory): only one to select by content
List of establishment: that will be able to access the content

Setup Categories and tags

Specifications for images, videos and documents

Description: to share important informations
Sharing message: text of the Facebook publication if the user click on "Share" and you have allowed the 'share on Facebook' action

FIELD	COMMENT
Downloadable	(Yes - No) allows the possibility to protect certain documents to be viewable online only. Not available for the types = "document", "Posts Facebook" "Posts Instagram" and "Posts Google"
Shareable	(Yes - No) allows the possibility to make the image shareable on Facebook - works only if the image meets the technical specifications. Not available for the types = "document", "Posts Facebook" "Posts Instagram" and "Posts Google"
Allow editing	(Yes - No) allows the possibility to make the content of the message editable by the establishment itself. Not available for the types = "document"
