In marketing, as well as for representatives or presenters, you may need demo establishments to step into the shoes of the establishment, understand the interface, and receive weekly digest emails.

Establishment creation

For the marketing team

• In general, a demo establishment with multiple users (one for each team member) is sufficient
• The name can be 'demoestablishment' or 'testestablishment' or whatever you prefer
• The address can be that of the headquarters, for example

For representatives or promoters

• In general, each representative wants to have their own demo establishment to connect with their own networks.
• The reference can then be their email address (for simplicity) or often 'firstnamelastname.'
• The address can be that of the headquarters for all representatives

Administration

Invoicing

• The first demo establishment is included in your package - check with customersuccess@placeloop.com 
• Additional demo establishments are subject to a fee, even for internal use.

Statistics and dashboards

• The first demo establishment, already excluded from billing, is also excluded from the dashboard statistics.
• Additional demo establishments created will appear in the dashboards, even for internal use

Protection of demo establishments from deletion

During import and store manager deletion operations, most of the time, we mainly target network establishments. However, certain actions can unintentionally trigger the deletion of demo establishments.

It is recommended to 'lock' these accounts. This means they will not be affected by the operation.

To do this, simply click on the desired establishment and then activate the 'lock' field.

And if you want to lock multiple references at once, it's very simple; just filter by these references and select them all. Then, using the action menu, you can 'lock' them in bulk.
