It is much more effective to initially contact the establishments via email.

And it is more useful to allocate the time of your field teams to deliver the right message and highlight the initiative.

When activating the field, we recommend starting with short lists of target establishments.

It is better to establish a culture of collaboration between marketing and the field, with recurring small targeted actions.


Method

Using the client reference number

  • The first login can be done directly from the login page.

  • Representatives can inform each establishment about its existence.

  • They will instruct each establishment to use its client reference (and where to find it, e.g., on their invoices).


Using the invitation code

  • Just build the invitation links as if you were planning to send them via your email marketing platform.
  • Provide each representative with the relevant references and invitation links.
  • It is then up to the representative to share the link with each establishment.



Tip

Why not print an invitation card with the representative's contact details on one side, and on the other side, a QR code linking to the login page, the client reference, the benefits of your content portal, and the contact details of our support?
