After importing an establishment into the store manager, you now invite them to join your content portal.
It is important to keep in mind
- That the registration process is facilitated by importing quality data into the store manager.
A user can be invited:
- From the store manager on Placeloop
- From a personalized email via an external email router
- By a field person, for example, the sales force
Entry into the journey
With an 'invitation code' or a 'customer reference
1. They visit the login page of your portal, at the URL that you have configured with us
2. In the First Connection form, they use their code or reference
Error message: 'Invitation not found'
> Error: please try re-entering the code or reference
> Nonexistent: please request to be added to the store manager by using the form at the bottom of the page
Error message: 'This account has been activated with the e-mail ***'
> Sign in: using the provided e-mail address
From the invitation e-mail sent via Placeloop
When the invitation arrives via e-mail, simply click on 'activate my account' to proceed to the next step without entering a customer code. To do this, you need to invite your establishments.
Registration steps
#01 - Ask the establishment if it is indeed them
The displayed information is the one you imported into the store manager
- The establishment simply needs to confirm that it is indeed them, that there is no recipient error
- If there is a data error (brand vs legal name, street number, etc.), they can rectify it later
#02 - Create an account
The establishment wishing to create an account simply needs to
- Provide an e-mail (it can be different from the invited e-mail)
- Create a password
