Why choose this method


The advantages

  • You can use your own domain name
  • You can tailor the message to the audience if segmentation is needed
  • If you don't have time to create a template, a text format is sufficient


The disadvantages

  • The store manager always displays references as 'Invite' status, not 'Invited"
  • You will not have the invitation status, but you will know which references are in the 'Activated' status
  • You will not benefit from our automatic reminder system, but it is still possible manually


Build the invitation links

  • Export the store manager
  • Keep the 'reference' and 'invitation code' columns
  • Add a column 'invitation link' that concatenates the URL of your login page + '?invitation=' + invitation code
  • Then, you just need to route your invitation email through your CRM

And for those who don't have a valid email? Why not print and send an invitation card with the representative's contact details on one side, and on the other side, a QR code leading to the login page along with their client reference, the benefits of your content portal, and our support contact details?
