Analyze the activation of your establishments and status of invitations

Manage your Marketing Portal accesses activated by your establishment and send new invitations to those with activation still pending.


Reminder: 

- The available statistics correspond to the activity of establishments that are not configured as “excluded from statistics” in your Store Manager. 

- The time periods used to calculate the data are based on the time zone configured in your Brand account.

Check your overall activation performance

  • from your Store Manager dashboard under “Activated Establishments”. Hover over the module to view the activation rate.
  • from your Analytics in Health Status.



Understand the status of the invitations triggered from Placeloop


We invite you to consider the establishment's registration process to perfectly understand the following status. 


Status displayed in the interface of your Store Manager


STATUT

SIGNIFICATION
The establishment has not been invited yet.
Click on the status to send the invitation.
The establishment has been invited.
Export the Store Manager to see the details.
The establishment has declined the invitation.
It's not necessarily the end, try another channel!
The establishment has accepted the invitation.


Understand the invitation status in the export


STATUS

MEANING

invited

Upon import into the Store Manager.
This status corresponds to the “Invite >>” status in your Store Manager interface.

invitationSent

Invitation sent via the Placeloop platform.
This status corresponds to the “Invited” status in your Store Manager interface.

invitationBounce

The establishment's email is invalid.
This status corresponds to the “Invited” status in your Store Manager interface.

invitationReceived

Invitation delivered to the recipient's mailbox.
This status corresponds to the “Invited” status in your Store Manager interface.

invitationOpened

The invitation email has been opened at least once.
This status corresponds to the “Invited” status in your Store Manager interface.

invitationViewed

The user landed on the confirmation page (either from an invitation email or from the login page with their reference or invitation code).
This status corresponds to the “Invited” status in your Store Manager interface.
invitationReviewed
The user confirmed being the intended recipient of the invitation.
This status corresponds to the “Invited” status in your Store Manager interface.
objected
The user declined the invitation.
This status corresponds to the “Refused” status in your Store Manager interface.

accepted

The user accepted the invitation.
This status corresponds to the “Activated” status in your Store Manager interface.


Followup with your establishments after the first invitations sent


Based on their status and available channels (email, phone, representatives...)

  1. Reinvite them through the Store Manager after changing the recipient's email
  2. Or follow up with the same email contact using your own email system
  3. Consider reaching out via phone contact
  4. Direct mail can also be effective, especially when combined with sending an invoice or document
  5. Engage the field representatives for follow-up



Regenerate the invitation from Placeloop for an establishment that previously declined


Regenerate an establishment’s invitation – to be used sparingly.
/!\ Make sure the information entered in the Store Manager for each establishment is correct before resending an invitation.
- For establishments that refused an invitation: check the establishment’s name and address details. Most establishments refuse their invitation because they do not recognize their establishment in the personalized invitation.
- For establishments with a bounced invitation: update the establishment’s email address entered in the Store Manager.

Send new invitation from your Mail Marketing tool for an establishment that previously declined the invitation triggered from Placeloop


Export the Store Manager and filter on the “Status” data field to obtain the list of establishments.
