Find in this article the list of available data exports to carry out your analyses and monitoring. 

Store Manager Export

Export all the data associated with the accesses managed in your Store Manager, from your Store Manager: click on "Manage your establishments" then "export the establishments".

For each access, find for example the reference, name, postal address, geolocation, opening hours, status (managed, activated, etc.), connected social networks, number of followers / fans on social networks, last synchronization date of the information, etc.

The data reflects the reality at the time of export. History is not available. 

Activity Export (Analytics)

1. Access activity exports from your Analytics: click CSV Exports

2. Select the desired period (default 28 days)

3. Export the report(s) you need: 

• Full Summary: Key indicators of your establishments' activity (number of managed stores, number of activated stores, number of downloads, number of establishments that downloaded, number of shares, number of establishments that shared, etc.)
• Actions Performed: List of contents that have been viewed, downloaded or published and volumes of actions associated with Facebook and Instagram publications. 
• Active Stores: List of your establishments with for each one the number of actions performed over the period (portal views, content viewed, content downloaded, content shared)
• Facebook Campaigns: List of Facebook posts shared by establishment
• Instagram Campaigns :  List of Instagram posts shared by establishment
• Email Campaigns: List of email campaigns sent by your establishment
• SMS Campaigns: List of SMS campaigns sent by your establishment

Performance data by establishment and by content are not available because these data belong to the establishments. Placeloop does not have the establishments’ agreement to share their performances with their brand partners.
