Reminder:
- The available statistics correspond to the activity of establishments that are not configured as “excluded from statistics” in your Store Manager.
- The time periods used to calculate the data are based on the time zone configured in your Brand account.
Monitor the connected social networks

from your Store Manager dashboard under “Facebook audience” and "Instagram audience. Hover over the module to view the connection rate.
from your Analytics in Health Status
By establishment
Export your Store Manager and use the columns "facebookPageConnected" and "instagramAccountConnected".
Evaluate the potential reach of your establishments' posts
The total Facebook audience is the sum of all Facebook audiences from the pages connected in Placeloop.
This sum is a minimum, as Facebook sometimes does not return the subscriber count, particularly for accounts with fewer than 50 followers (which may appear as 0 in data exports).
Similarly, the total Instagram audience is the sum of all Instagram audiences from the pages connected in Placeloop.
Placeloop does not have access to social media end-user data and therefore cannot deduplicate these values.
