Here are the technical specifications for the files accepted by our platform. Please use “standard” formats so they can be used easily. For any other format not listed below, contact our support team.
File formats accepted by the platform
- Images: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP
- Videos: MP4, QuickTime
- Documents: PDF, PPT, EXCEL, WORD, ZIP
Recommendations for social media posts
- For Photo posts and Photo Albums / Carousels: the Portrait format is recommended, with a resolution of 1080 x 1350px, i.e. a 4:5 ratio
⚠️ The entire visual will NOT be visible in the feed: a portion at the top and bottom will be cropped ➡️ avoid placing text within the ~100px at the top and bottom to prevent cropping in the feed.
- For Reel posts, Video Albums / Carousels, and Stories (photo or video): the Portrait format is recommanded with a resolution of 1080 x 1920px, i.e. a 9:16 ratio
⚠️ The entire visual will NOT be perfectly visible in the feed: part of the top or bottom will be covered by the profile ➡️ Avoid placing text within the top and bottom 250px.
⚠️ Remember to add royalty-free music for reels / video posts.
- Many users watch without sound ➡️ for video formats, it is recommended to add subtitles.
